The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell at Government Polytechnic Buxar serves as a crucial bridge between students and the professional world. It is dedicated to equipping students with the necessary skills and opportunities to secure fulfilling careers. The cell diligently organizes workshops, seminars, and training programs focused on enhancing technical and soft skills, including communication, resume building, and interview techniques. Furthermore, the T&P Cell actively fosters industry connections, facilitating industrial visits, expert lectures, and campus recruitment drives. By providing career counseling and guidance, the cell empowers students to make informed decisions about their future, ultimately aiming to maximize their employability and contribute to their overall success.
